Astrum's first light coloured rosé is added to our portfolio.

2012 Selva Capuzza Garda Chiaretto Classico - Lombardy, Italy.

The wine is light, bright and fresh, shows a combination of red berry fruits and ripe red apples, while finishes dry with fresh acidity and persistent length. A perfect accompaniment for panzanella, barbequed prawns or salmon & clam linguini.

Selva Capuzza, a small-mid size family owned winery are located just 5km south of Lake Garda in the beautiful region of Lombardy. The wine is made of a traditional blend of red grapes, Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera & Sangiovese. These varieties are fermented on their skins for approximately 12 hours providing the light salmon colour associated with Chiaretto Classico.
