Mixed plantings of 2001 and 1977 on a southern facing slope at an elevation of 400m. Grapes are hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Settled juice is fermented with selected yeasts. Fermentation is arrested, the wine is clarified and bottled.

Method & Production
Very floral nose, blossom, ripe Apple and limes leap out of the glass, the wine has a very mineral edge. The palate shows richness and purity with sweet, mouth-filling fruit. The wine is very focused displaying notes of lime, ripe apples, and minerals, with tangy acidity and great length.
