Method & Production

Grown in vineyard with a south and southeastern exposure in the Cornaiano area of the comune of Appiano at approximately 350 metres above sea level, the Moscato Rosa grapes for this gorgeous dessert wine are picked at the end of October. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, only natural yeasts are used, and the wine is kept in stainless steel until bottling, and then undergoes 8 months of bottle refinement.

Tasting notes

Slightly tannic and beautifully fresh, the Moscato Rosa displays fragrant aromas of wild strawberries, sweet, warm spices and floral notes of honeysuckle and dried flowers. A gorgeous treat.
