Cold settling before fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months on the fine lees maturing in stainless steel.

Floral and ripe fruit aromas with a lovely aromatic persistence. A well rounded palate, great texture, light, fresh and elegant, with a fine chalky-mineral touch and complementing ripe fruit flavours. A great length on the finish.
