La Chablisienne's Bourgogne Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay taken from all around the region of Burgundy. The must is cold settled before it goes through alcoholic followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Light and fresh with citrus notes and white flower aromas. A great mouth feel and balance to this Borgogne Chardonnay with chalky minerality and zesty acidity, complemented by ripe fruit flavours.

Perfect alongside shellfish or white fish dishes with subtle sauces like a beurre blanc
