Method & Production

The stalks are gently stripped away and the remaining grapes are crushed, pressed and clarified. Fermentation of the clean must takes place for 20 days at a temperature of 12°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel and bottle.

Tasting notes

A vivacious straw yellow, this Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is comfortably persistent with a simple aroma of stone fruits; such as nectarines. A floral tone of orange blossom combines to achieve a clean, candied dimension both on the nose and palate while a full structure and a confident finish gives the flavours balance and purpose.

Food matching

A perfectly matched white for antipasti and lighter dishes. White meat annd young, fresh cheeses are a good pairing, but it makes a lovely satisfying pairing with most fish.
