Method & Production

This liqueur is produced from pine cone resins infused in alcohol. The resins undergo  a long cold infusion, so all the aromatic components and layers can completely permeate into the infusion. 

Tasting notes

The aromas on the nose are immediately intriguing and take you by surprise with the pure and intense resinous notes and warming, soft hints of wood. A balancing and refeshing layer of balsamic and spices then presents itself on both the nose and palate, revealing a liqueur of character and structure. 

Food matching

Perfect on its own at the end of a meal, or with pastries and dried fruits. Serve with ice.
