Method & Production

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 20-25 days. The wine spends 3 months in concrete tanks for refinement before bottling.

Tasting notes

Clean and refreshing with yellow fruit flavors, floral notes and hint of sage. Lovely minerality and saline in nature, with well balanced acidity and a well rounded finish.

Food matching

Great with white fish and shellfish.
