Method & Production

This Nebbiolo vineyard is located in a special spot in the Langhe hills, just 220m from the renowned single vineyard cru site Monvigliero. Geologically it is a Barolo. Exposition is East / South East. Fermentation in stainless steel tank, maceration of 30 - 50 days, no filtration or clarification. Aging in a combination of Austrian oak and amphora for 1 year.
