Method & Production

Pelaverga (also known as Pelaverga Piccolo) is a rare grape variety, grown in only in the Cune province of Piedmont. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested. Maceration of 25 days, with hand pump-overs. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, after which the wines is aged for 6 months amphora.
