Method & Production

Fermentation in big open oak casks for three weeks, followed by a short period of malolactic fermentation. The wine is then transferred to barriques and oak vats for 12 months of maturation before bottling. 

Tasting notes

Exciting deep opaque black-purple color with violet rim; aroma of blackberries and Assam tea-leaves; big, long, chewy finish.
