Method & Production

3 hours of skin contact contact before a delicate pressing. 50 % is fermented and aged in 3.300L French oak barrels and the other 50 % is fermented and aged in stainless steel. Afterwhich it spends 8 months ageing on the fine lees before bottling. No malolactic fermentation.


 

Tasting notes

Very refined nose, with apple and pear aromas. Delicate, elegant and persistent. 

Food matching

Light appetizers, fish and white meats, also excellent as an aperitif!
