The Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Millésime L.T.S is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly. Made according to the classic méthode champenoise. Only the first press is used for making this wine, after which it is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel. Ageing in stainless steel on the lees before secondary fermentation in bottle. 12 years of ageing in their cellars in bottle before release. 

Energetic and complex. Aromas of ripe lemons, myrrh, jasmine, underlined by honey and star anise. The finish is precise and perfectly balanced, with great length. A Champagne at perfect maturity.
