Method & Production

The pale salmon pink rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan. Destalked and crushed the grapes macerate for a short time to extract color and flavor, before a gentle pressing in a low pressure pneumatic press and low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Dried cherry, redcurrants and wild strawberry on the nose. Summer fruits on the palate with good balancing acidity, classic Provence rose, perfect with white meats.
