Sabatini Gin

  • Sabatini
  • Toscana, Italy

Method & Production

Main botanicals: Tuscan Juniper, Coriander, Sage, Wild Fennel, Olive leaves, Lemon Verbena, Orris, Thyme and Lavender.

The distillation of the Sabatini Gin takes place under the expert supervision of eighth generation Master Distiller, Charles Maxwell. The renowned Maxwell family own Thames Distillers in London and have been producing premium spirits for over 300 years. The Sabatini Gin is made using nine botanicals, chosen because they represent the quintessential flavours of Tuscany. All but one of these are home grown on their family estate. The only botanical that is not, is the Tuscan Juniper which is picked from a few sources around the region.

Tasting notes

A very smooth Gin to sip which is exceptionally fresh and clean on the palate. It boasts a beautiful marriage of fresh herbs led by the Tuscan Juniper which is followed through by citrus notes, wild fennel, coriander, sage, thyme and a lovely lingering finish.

Sabatini Gin was awareded a Gold medal at the 2018 Spirit International Prestige (SIP) Awards.
