Method & Production

Luca Formentini has been awarded as the greenest wine maker in 2021 by Luca Gardini and Giuliano Ferraro. They do not use herbicides, 15% of the property is dedicated to biodiversity and their bottles are the lightest weight possible. Manual harvest of the Groppello grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel using selected yeasts.
