Method & Production

The Rum is shipped over to Scotland where it was re-casked. 420 bottles of this release were made in Scotland in June 2017 from select cask N.1700002.

Tasting notes

Mossy and earthy scents at first which transform into more vanilla, liquorice and dried fruit aromas. A complex rum, perhaps it's precisely its shyness that intrigues us the most. On the palate you get intriguing aromas of myrtle, juniper berry and then a buttery sweetness of pollen.
