Method & Production
This is a majestic, powerful, explosive rum. On the nose, the bouquet opens with musky and earthy notes. Soft vanilla, followed by licorice and dried fruit. It has to be said, this really is a very complex rum. A taste explosion of myrtle, juniper berry, and a buttery sweetness of pollen. The sweet notes develop a roundness and subtlety that takes shape. Chlorophyll tones provide structure.
