After destemming, whole berry cold maceration is carried out for a duration of 3 days. Fermentation takes place in “smart tanks” at a controlled. The wine goes through Malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barrels and ages in these barrels for a further 16 months. Stabilization also takes place in barrel, without any clarification. The wine is bottled without filtration.

Cherry red in colour. Fragrant aromas of ripe red fruits and of cacao with a slight menthol background, eucalyptus and violets. The palate is gentle, velvety, and voluminous with an integrating freshness. Good persistence and length, with polished tannins.
