Method & Production

The Verdicchio grapes are hand-harvested from the estate's top single vineyard, Misco. Fermentation in stainless steel using selected yeasts, followed by prolonged lees contact of 9 months, and 6 months in bottle before release.


Tasting notes

Ripe fruit, sweet almond, acacia flowers, star anise, with citrus hints. Long persistent taste with sapid and mineral notes.

Food matching

It goes perfectly with great seafood dishes, medium-aged cheeses and white meats.
