The cultivation of the Cortese vine is gaining more and more importance in the region of Piedmont thanks to its diffusion and its adaptability to the land. It represents the most important white vine after Moscato. The Cortese grapes for this Bag-In-Box are pressed and vinified without skins and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

This straw yellow Cortese with pale green glints offers a lovely mix of citrus and slightly tropical fruits along with some aromatic and floral perfume notes. It is a light, simple and well-made Cortese, perfect for everyday enjoyment.
