Method & Production

Coming from fifteen-year-old vines located in Portlandian terroirs, in the village of Prehy. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation on the fine lees for 1 year before bottling.

Tasting notes

Light gold color. A vibrant nose of pear, lime, and wildflowers. Fresh, clean, and delicate palate with citrus fruit following through and flint stones. Lovely concentration.
