Berto Vodka is made from 100% grain spirit. To guarantee greater purity they use a portion of water from Pian Della Mussa (TO), a high altitude source in Balme (around 1900 m), in the province of Turin, north-west of Piemonte. They have plots of land there where they also grow Genepy, Gentian (collected spontaneously) and Wild Thyme for their line of Alpine liqueurs. Distilled once to maintain the aromas.
