Produced from hand-harvested grapes of two Sangiovese clones, F9 and CH-20, divided equally, and a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon. This Toscana Rosso is aged for one year in stainless steel before bottling. The name Ali is taken from Lia’s daughter, Alicia. The label image is a detail of Cupid from Rik Olsen’s drawing used for the Bramosia Chianti Classico label.

Tasting notes
A bright, textured, and inviting Tuscan red with vibrant red and black fruit character, a refined palate, and a lively, fruit-driven finish. A medley of ripe red fruit aromas carries through to the balanced palate, which is supported by silky tannins and a medium body. The Sangiovese F9 clone contributes ripe fruit intensity to the blend, while the CH-20 clone adds structure and depth.
