Method & Production

This China liqueur is made from the infusion of cinchona barks, known since ancient times for their exceptional herbal properties. 

Tasting notes

A dark amber liqueur, with bright red nuances. On the nose, there is a slightly balsamic aroma, with citrus notes. The bitterness of the cinchona is balanced by citrus fruits and lingering spice notes such as coriander and vanilla.
