Made from an infusion of Amalfi Lemon zest and alcohol, after which sugar is added.

Made from "lo sfusato" a typical type of lemon grown on the Amalfi Coast.
These lemons unify the delicate flavours and sunshine of the Amalfi Coast and are IGP
(protected geographical indication) certified.

Served as a digestive, at the end of a meal.
