Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature between 25 and27 ° C.

Tasting notes

Ruby-red color. The bouquet is slightly spicy and fruity with notes of blackberries, blueberries and mulberries. The finish is rounded and fruity with well integrated tannins.

Food matching

Serve at 18-20 ° C, g reat wine for roasted or grilled meats. Excellent with grilled meats, game and hard cheeses.
