Method & Production

The lemons for this Limoncello Primitivo are harvested early, in late January, when they are still green. Made from an infusion of green Amalfi Lemon zest and alcohol, after which sugar is added.

Food matching

Serve chilled as an after-dinner digestivo, or with a dessert such as panna cotta.
